Job Description
Job Summary - Responsible for utilizing hand tools, mechanical knowledge, forklift operation, warehouse tasks, as well as assembling and fabricating products using power tools.
Essential Job Functions
- Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble and fabricate products according to specifications.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process.
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may include lifting light to heavy materials, standing, bending, and squatting.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to assemble and fabricate products accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and adhere to written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work well with a wide range of people.
Work Environment
- Non-temperature controlled manufacturing environment.
- Protective eye gear required.
- Work performed inside areas that are adequately lighted, ventilated, and heated.
- Chemical odor and dust exist.
Physical Demands
· Frequent lifting of approximately 25-50 lbs.
· Frequent lifting of approximately 100-250 lbs. with assistance.
· Good finger and hand dexterity, with the ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry.
· Requires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
· Frequent repetitive motion.
· Standing for long periods of time.
· Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking.
· Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disability to perform the essential functions.

· Legally eligible to work in the United States.
· Must clear pre-employment drug screening.
· Able to clear a pre-employment background check within the Company's set parameters.
