Youll have the power to touch hundreds of customers weekly, execute with precision and speed, and quantify results with data all in one integrated system.
What Youll Do:
- Drive new business by identifying, pursuing, and winning high-value opportunities.
- Translate IBSs value proposition into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with all stakeholders.
- Leverage our tech stack to prospect smarter, close faster, and stay focused on high-ROI activities.
- Build meaningful relationships across global OEMs, CMs, and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Be the tip of the spear in transforming how the world experiences electronic component distribution.
What You Bring:
- IDEALLY, 5+ years of proven B2B sales success in electronics distribution, supply chain services, or manufacturing.
- A deep understanding of supply chain mechanics, sourcing strategies, and how decisions are made across buying centers.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate multiple stakeholders.
- High energy, high EQ, and a get-it-done mindset.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Be able to quickly identify decision makers who are required to make business decisions.
