What You’ll Do

  • Visit salons daily to build relationships, support stylists, and grow revenue.
  • Promote and support education events, classes, and product knowledge sessions.
  • Communicate promotions, take orders, process returns, and resolve customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate territory records, route lists, and Salesforce updates.
  • Manage accounts receivable within terms and submit payments promptly.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude.
  • Attend sales meetings, training, and brand education sessions.


What Makes You a Great Fit


Must-Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Self-motivated, driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to travel within the territory (75%) and visit salons daily
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience
  • Professional demeanor


Great-to-Haves

  • Outside sales experience with a track record of meeting goals
  • Beauty industry experience or passion for salon culture
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce

About the Territory

This role supports the Northern Indiana area and surrounding communities, including Merrillville and South Bend. You’ll spend most of your time on the road visiting salons and building relationships.
