Job Description

As a full-time team member, the ideal candidate will ensure each customer journey is successful by providing friendly, timely and accurate support. The candidate will be a confident verbal and written communicator, a problem solver, and a proactive team player that gets things done.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for activity updates and managing communication within our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Build and maintain relationships with a personal touch - internally and with customers
  • Actively listen and problem solve - ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by offering the right solutions
  • Generate sales leads by talking to current customers about the benefits of other company products

Experience/Skills

  • Must possess strong communication both verbal and writing skills
  • Prefer experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Prefer strong experience with Excel
  • Minimum 40+ Words Per Minute typing
  • Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred or equivalent education or equivalent related experience

Compensation/Benefits

  • $40-50K based upon experience
  • 16 Days Paid Time Off 1st year
