Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support our team with logistics, project coordination and travel planning. This role will work closely with Project Managers, assisting in all aspects of running and executing projects efficiently. It’s a dynamic position for someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, keeping details on track, and contributing to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist Project Managers in all aspects of project execution from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Liaise between internal teams and clients.
  • Help manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for project activities.

Travel Coordination:

  • Book domestic travel for team members (flights, accommodations, transportation).
  • Manage travel changes and troubleshoot last-minute issues.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project coordinator, executive assistant, or travel coordinator.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend, or Procore).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
