Occupational Therapist (School-Based) Mokena, IL | Full-Time Contract

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified Occupational Therapists for a school-based position in Mokena, IL. This role provides OT services to students requiring support with fine motor, sensory integration, and school participation.

Job Duties:

• Provide OT evaluations and re-evaluations in compliance with IDEA

• Create treatment plans that focus on increasing functional independence in school settings

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions

• Consult with educators, administrators, and families on strategies and adaptations

• Develop and update goals in collaboration with IEP teams

• Document services and student progress for district compliance

Requirements:

• Illinois OT license (active)

• ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility

• Strong knowledge of school-based therapy practices

• Team-oriented and reliable
