As a Nurse Assistant/Caregiver, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working to ensure each child receives safe, nurturing, and personalized care—whether they’re here for medical support or early learning experiences.

Duties
What You’ll Do
Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you’ll:
- Assist with daily care routines including dressing, feeding, and personal care
- Provide compassionate incontinence care and help reposition children as needed
- Transport children using wheelchairs or stretchers safely and attentively
- Assist with physical exams and help monitor children’s behavior or changes in condition
- Support mealtime routines and feeding assistance as needed
- Help children transition throughout the day—including arrival, pickup, and classroom changes
- Ensure proper documentation such as clocking children in/out and reporting updates to staff
- Respond appropriately to emergency procedures including fire, weather, and disaster alerts
- Foster a calm, cheerful environment that supports each child's dignity and well-being
- Participate in themed activities and support classroom engagement when needed
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience working with children or in a care environment preferred
- Strong multitasking, communication, and time management skills
- Readiness to follow medical and safety procedures
- High level of patience, empathy, and teamwork
- Successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements
