Job DescriptionOur client, a Manufacturing company in Radnor, PA is seeking a 3–6-month Contract Compensation Analyst. Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the development, implementation and administration of the compensation programs and the annual merit planning process. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and business leaders to ensure our compensation practices support the talent and business strategies.This position is onsite 3x per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays). Key Responsibilities

  • Annual Merit Planning:
    • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual merit and incentive review cycle.
    • Partner with HRIS Manager to manage system configurations and data uploads; ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
    • Prepare communication materials and key reporting for HR and business leaders.
    • Provide analysis and support during calibration and review meetings.
  • Compensation Administration:
    • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using survey data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
    • Support the development of salary ranges, pay grades, and compensation guidelines.
    • Support the administration of sales incentive plans; updating as appropriate.
    • Respond to compensation-related inquiries from HR and business managers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze compensation data and trends to support recommendations and decision-making.
    • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and business partners.
    • Ensure data integrity across compensation systems and tools.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Assist with audits and support the development of documentation and governance practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation or a related HR role.
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with annual compensation review cycles and tools (e.g., ADP / Lyric, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Payfactors, Radford, Mercer, WTW) a plus.
  • Experience working with both exempt and nonexempt populations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
