What you will be doing as the Event Planner:
- Assist in (and eventually lead) the production process of large scale events.
- Research (vendors, ideas and locations)
- Manage creative partner
- Manage and budget all logistics and timelines related to event, as well as on site event management.
- Participate and lead brainstorm sessions, developing proposals for potential clients and designing events.
- Nurture and develop client relationships through hospitality and excellence.
What you will need as the Event Planner: - Must have experience in event planning (5 years min.), and have a love and passion for event planning.
- Leadership Qualities: Great communication skills, Able to collaborate and lead a team of creative partners through the planning cycle of an event and onsite on event day; Self starter & motivated, Organized, Great follow through, Works well and is calm under deadlines and pressure, Flexible, Tenacious, Detail Oriented, Able to multi-task, Able to lead a team of professionals onsite
- Great Presentation Skills: Creative, Efficient in PPT and/or Keynote and Microsoft Excel
- Team Player: Pitch-in last minute, Likes to work as a team, adaptable
