Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for a full-time position with school districts in the Overland Park, KS area. We are seeking dedicated professionals passionate about supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs in a school-based setting.
Position Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Kansas state and local requirements, including:

Active Kansas SLP License issued by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS)

Current or eligible ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); strong CFY candidates may also be considered
-
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) certification for school-based SLPs
-
Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
-
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Typical Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
-
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school-based teams
-
Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and services
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
