WHAT WE NEED FROM A CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • High school diploma or an equivalency
  • Ability to communicate effectively, via email, text message, and voice-to-voice
  • Brings high energy to the pet resort
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.)
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar environments
  • Strong leadership qualities


TAKE A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY

We're looking for someone who can work evenings/weekends.

- Evening Shifts: start at 12 PM and end at 7 PM.

- Weekend Shifts: start at 6:50 AM and end at 1 PM OR 12:30 PM to 7 PM

As our Client Services Representative, you are the client whisperer, spending your day expertly managing all calls, emails, and messages to coordinate seamlessly with every pet owner, whether they are new or a long-time friend of the Ranch. You are constantly booking and confirming all necessary services, from exciting daycare romps to cozy overnight stays and crucial pet evaluations, all while meticulously verifying and compiling vaccine records to keep our furry guests healthy and happy. You smoothly manage all front desk activities-check-ins, checkouts, reservations, and special requests-ensuring that every pet owner sails through the process with the total peace of mind that their companion will be having the time of their life. Beyond the desk, you track retail inventory and payments, help the resort shine by maintaining company standards for safety and cleanliness, keep leadership in the loop with high-level communication about client satisfaction, and even get to flex your creative muscles by assisting the resort manager in developing our front desk training guides.
