Home Health Aide (HHA) & Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (Broward County) Independent Contractor
Nurse Registry with client referrals in the Broward County Area for Homecare Services - Hourly and Live-in.
- Caregiver Needed ASAP
All Applicant must have the following:
1. Valid Florida License
2. HHA certificate showing at least 75 hours of instruction.
3. Current CPR
4. Level 2 background screening
5. Two Professional References
6. Auto Insurance Card
7. Proof of residency or Citizenship
8. Professional Liability Insurance
9. Physical Exam: completed within the LAST 6 Months, stating that the applicant is free of all communicable diseases
8. Social Security Card
Domestic violence, OSHA, HIV/Aids, and Alzheimer's certification and a Health statement showing "free from communicable disease" and negative TB test prior to application for employment
