- Shift: 4 x 10-hour days (07:30 – 18:00)\n
- Hours per Week: 40\n
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,050 – $2,150\n
\n\nRequired Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric oncology nursing experience (Pediatric RN, Oncology RN)\n
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of application\n
- PALS certification required\n
- Experience with EPIC charting required (EPIC experience preferred for pediatric oncology roles)\n
- Supervisory-level reference required\n
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (no exemptions)\n
\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n

- APHON chemo/bio provider certification preferred\n
- Chemo administration and infusion therapy experience preferred (chemotherapy, blood products, IVIG, hydration, antibiotics)\n
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred, but first-time travelers will be considered\n
\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Coordinate comprehensive care for pediatric oncology patients, including general oncology, neuro-oncology, stem cell transplant, and bone marrow failure cases\n
- Serve as the Pediatric Oncology Nurse Navigator: provide care coordination, patient advocacy, and family education\n
- Provide patient and family education, symptom support, and discharge planning\n
- Perform telephone triage, symptom management, and clinical assessments\n
- Deliver hands-on nursing skills such as immunizations, dressing changes, and NGT placement\n
- Support infusion therapy and chemo-related treatments per facility protocol\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory, social services, pharmacy, and rapid response\n
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EPIC and uphold patient safety and compassionate pediatric care standards\n
