Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, and complete OASIS assessments
- Provide therapeutic interventions: ADL/IADL/MRADL training, energy conservation, adaptive equipment, orthotics/prosthetics, fine motor coordination, sensory rehabilitation, and cognitive interventions
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety, and assistive techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and assist with discharge planning
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and other support staff as needed
What You’ll Need
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Colorado
- Minimum of 1 year of OT experience (home health preferred; SNF/hospital/rehab accepted)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
