Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Madison, NE is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position during the upcoming school year. This role is ideal for an SLP with current certification and experience working within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Speech-Language Pathology Certification (SLP-CCC) required.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP.
- Experience providing speech therapy services in a K-12 school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
