We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the skills, performance, and efficiency of our customer service staff. This position requires a strong communicator who can design, implement, and deliver engaging training programs that enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and update customer service training programs aligned with company standards.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing workshops for existing team members.

  • Evaluate individual and team performance to identify training needs and skill gaps.

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to improve communication, problem-solving, and service techniques.

  • Create training materials, guidelines, and documentation for internal use.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training initiatives support operational goals.

  • Monitor results and implement improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
