Registered Behavior Technician
Job Summary:
Ahead ABA is looking for a caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with kids with autism in Ellicott City, MD. You will work after school, between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, helping kids learn new skills and reach their goals. You will get strong support from our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) every step of the way.
About the Role
As an RBT with Ahead ABA, you will work one on one with a child in their home. You will follow a treatment plan made by a BCBA and use ABA methods to help the child grow. Your BCBA will meet with you often, watch your sessions, and help you get better at your job. You will never be on your own.
Responsibilities

Work one on one with a child using the treatment plan from your BCBA

Track progress and write simple notes after each session

Meet with your BCBA for regular training and support

Help the child build skills like talking, playing, and daily routines

Keep sessions safe, fun, and focused on the child's goals

Requirements:

RBT certification, or willing to get certified (we help with this)

Reliable transportation

Available afternoons between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Schedule and Compensation:
Pay Range: $26 to $30 an hour
Part Time: Afternoon hours, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Shifts: Monday through Friday, after school hours
Location: Ellicott City, MD
