Anodyne Surgical is looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in producing high-quality products in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Anodyne Surgical is a privately owned, mid-sized medical device manufacturer specializing in precision disposable ophthalmic cannulas used in eye surgeries, including cataract and LASIK procedures. Our state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located near the intersection of I-64 and Highway K in O'Fallon, Missouri.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine adjustments.
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining production efficiency and quality.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to minimize downtime and scrap.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
- Accurately complete production documentation and quality records.
- Work closely with teammates and supervisors to maintain a safe, efficient production environment.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Compensation
$21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
