What your day will look like:
- Lead and manage multiple programs from initial concept through production launch
- Coordinate and drive the APQP process, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and resource plans
- Evaluate feasibility of new program opportunities and support early-stage planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, production, and external partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring all technical and program requirements are achieved
- Prepare and manage documentation including PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to stay on track
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across programs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in program management within automotive manufacturing
- Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and IATF 16949 standards
- Experience working with manufacturing processes such as tooling, molding, finishing, or similar production environments
- Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar)
- Experience with data analysis and program reporting
