The Role
We're looking for someone who can keep our office running smoothly while managing the books. You'll be the operational backbone of our small but growing team, handling everything from invoicing and payroll to making sure the front office stays organized.
This isn't a corporate cubicle job, you'll work directly with our engineering and manufacturing teams, get to know everyone by name, and see the direct impact of your work every day.
What You'll Do
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on payments
• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time
• Maintain our general ledger and prepare financial reports
• Handle day-to-day office administration, ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, keeping things organized
• Be the friendly face of IntelliFeed for visitors and clients
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in office administration or bookkeeping
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail, you catch the small stuff before it becomes big stuff
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Someone who's comfortable in a manufacturing environment and doesn't mind the occasional sound of machinery in the background
