Job Description

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist plays a key role in supporting a large team across multiple departments by managing front desk activities and providing comprehensive office support. Reporting to the Department Manager, this role ensures smooth daily operations through effective communication, scheduling, and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties and greet visitors professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Handle customer interactions and provide excellent service
  • Manage data entry and document filing accurately
  • Answer and route phone calls efficiently
  • Support office operations and assist various departments
  • Maintain organized records and process incoming/outgoing mail

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management
