Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and experienced leaders to join our team in the following roles: Restaurant General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Restaurant Manager. These positions are responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Restaurant General Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and develop management and hourly staff
- Manage labor, food cost, and overall profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze sales and implement strategies to improve performance
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and operational skills
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance
Kitchen Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen operations and food preparation
- Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency
- Monitor food inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Train kitchen staff on procedures and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of kitchen leadership experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations
Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities
- Support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Supervise staff, schedules, and service flow
- Ensure excellent guest experience
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, and shift management
- Help maintain cleanliness and brand standards
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
