ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead ground-up commercial/mixed-use projects with responsibility for budget, schedule, procurement, risk, and owner relations from NTP to TCO.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

• Cost and schedule governance; contract and change management
• Stakeholder coordination with owners, design teams, and AHJs
• Field/office alignment, quality, safety, and turnover documentation

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management/Building Construction
• 8–12+ years CM experience with recognized GC/CM delivering $50M+ projects
• Strong CPM, buyout, and issue-resolution capability
• CM at Risk, GMP, Design-Build; Commercial/Mixed-Use
