Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Support student learning and development as a Paraprofessional in a dynamic school setting serving grades K-12, with openings available for grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. This contract position, located in Minden, NE, offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting teachers in managing classrooms and providing individualized support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate small group instruction and one-on-one support to students
- Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment
- Support students with diverse learning needs across various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement instructional plans
- Help prepare instructional materials and organize classroom resources
