Food & Beverage Supervisor – Courtyard Bistro

Courtyard by Marriott Cayce Columbia is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations and ensure consistent guest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support Bistro staff during all shifts

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality

Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members

Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally

Support inventory control and opening/closing procedures
Requirements:

Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Open availability preferred, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
-
Dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
