Delphi Healthcare, a leader in emergency medicine staffing since 1995, is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our teams at Bradford Regional Medical Center (PA) and Olean General Hospital (NY). These positions offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Locations & Highlights:

• Bradford Regional Medical Center – Bradford, PA

  • 14,000 annual volume

  • 12-hour physician shifts

  • APP support on-site

  • Flexible scheduling

  • No ICU available

• Olean General Hospital – Olean, NY

  • 25,000 annual volume

  • Day & night shifts available

  • APPs provide mid-shift support

  • Flexible scheduling

Compensation & Employment Options:

• $225 – $275 per hour

• Full-time or part-time

• W2 or 1099 options

• Malpractice and tail coverage provided

• Health & dental insurance, plus $25,000 Full Employee Agreement (FEA)

• CME and professional development support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency care for patients of all ages

• Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and perform life-saving interventions

• Collaborate with nurses, APPs, and other healthcare professionals for smooth patient flow

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (MEDITECH at Bradford Regional)

• Follow hospital and departmental protocols to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (with ER experience)

• Active medical license in PA and/or NY

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills

• Commitment to patient-centered care in a rural community setting
