Home Life Care LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver| HHA | PCA to provide quality in-home care to individuals who need support in their daily lives.
Position Summary
As a Caregiver| HHA | PCA with Home Life Care LLC, you will deliver direct, person-centered assistance that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort. You’ll build trusting relationships while supporting daily routines, personal care, and overall well-being.
This full-time role is ideal for caregivers who are dependable, empathetic, and committed to making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives every day.
Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support

Support clients with activities of daily living while respecting preferences, privacy, and dignity

Monitor and report changes in client condition, needs, or concerns to the appropriate team member

Assist with light housekeeping and safe meal support as needed to maintain a comfortable environment

Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans and established care procedures
Required Qualifications

Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a similar support role (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Ability to provide respectful personal care and maintain client confidentiality

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care instructions consistently

Reliability and professionalism in an onsite, full-time setting at Location 1

Ability to support clients safely, including assisting with mobility and transfers as needed
Preferred Qualifications

Certification or training related to caregiving, home health aide, or personal care assistance

Experience working with clients who have mobility limitations or activities-of-daily-living needs

Familiarity with basic safety practices for caregiving environments

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and provide compassionate, client-centered support
Compensation
Hourly rate: $18.00 - $23.00
