Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children, tailored to individual needs.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide training and support to parents on ABA strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress notes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
- Stay updated on best practices in ABA therapy and child development.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- BCBA or RBT certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
