Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support in a K-12 educational setting at Nellis AFB, NV. Working part-time with approximately 40 students, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the communication development of children from various grade levels, from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP credentials with Pediatric and School-based experience
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Strong understanding of K-12 speech and language needs
- Ability to work effectively with children and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Location:
- In-person role based at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services tailored to the needs of approximately 40 school-aged children
- Assess, develop, and implement intervention plans to support communication goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to facilitate student progress
- Maintain thorough records and reports in compliance with school policies and regulations
