We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a partner facility in Virginia Beach, VA. This role is designed for nurses who want stability, structured scheduling, and a supportive clinical team.
Position Details
- Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour
- Employment Types Available:
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Part-Time (24 hours/week)
- PRN (8 hours/week)
Available 8-Hour ShiftsAll shifts are fixed to ensure continuity of care:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend RequirementsWeekend availability is required:
- Every Weekend
- Every Other Weekend
Your Role as a Registered Nurse
As an RN, you serve as a critical clinical leader responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care.Clinical Leadership
- Oversee and direct patient care plans
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
- Prioritize patient needs and clinical interventions
Medication & Treatment Management
- Administer medications and IV therapies accurately
- Monitor patient response to treatments and adjust care accordingly
Patient Monitoring & Safety
- Identify changes in patient condition and escalate when needed
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation in real time
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

RequirementsApplicants must meet the following:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Virginia (or compact license)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Updated resume with two professional references
- Recent TB test (within 12 months)
- Government-issued ID and Social Security Card
- COVID-19 vaccination card or approved exemption
