Compensation Packages
We provide competitive pay options for both local and travel candidates:
Local Candidates (Corpus Christi area)

Hourly Pay Range: $43 $50

Full-time schedule aligned with the school district calendar

Weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

Equivalent Pay Range: $54 $59 per hour

Weekly Take Home: $1,593 $1,718

Pay structured with a low taxable hourly rate supplemented by housing and meal stipends

Relocation and travel support provided

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education services

Develop and interpret assessment results for educational planning

Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to create effective academic interventions

Ensure compliance with IDEA, state, and district policies
-
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for student files
Requirements

Masters degree in Special Education, Educational Assessment, or related field

Active Texas Educational Diagnostician certification
-
Knowledge of IDEA regulations and state compliance standards

Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills

Ability to pass background check and district onboarding requirements
