A travel opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school setting in Anoka, MN. This role involves working with students to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them achieve their full potential in a collaborative educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to determine students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to developing individualized education programs (IEPs).
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or equivalent.
- Current state license or eligibility to practice in Minnesota.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school-based settings.
- Strong knowledge of speech-language development and disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as part of the assignment.
