We are actively seeking an Payroll Admin in Columbus, OH area to join our award WINNING team.

Work Schedule:Monday- Friday 7:00am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Target Wages:Competitive based on previous experience

Position Responsibilities of the Payroll Admin

  • Manage workflow to ensure all weekly payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Accurately and efficiently calculate manual and electronic time-sheets
  • Ability to processing Multi-state payroll with attention to varying taxes and minimum wage requirements
  • Posts payroll data into the computer system
  • Setup new employees in payroll system
  • Compare time and labor to allotted budget
  • Completion of taxes (semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)

Minimum Qualifications of the Payroll Admin

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Valid Driver License
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must work individually but also effectively with all team members.
  • Minimum ofTHREE (3) years of Payroll experience.
  • Prevailing wage and certified payroll experience a plus
  • Timberline/Sage Accounting Software experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
  • Adhere to company screenings
