We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our office operations, assisting with order processing, and helping maintain smooth communication with customers, vendors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international orders and coordinate global shipping logistics
  • Oversee inventory and ensure timely fulfillment from warehouse to customer
  • Help coordinate international shipments, including preparing shipping documents and permits
  • Maintain accurate records for orders, inventory, and customer files
  • Support team members with scheduling, reporting, and other clerical tasks
  • Provide administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
  • Experience in international sales, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Familiarity with agricultural products or seed distribution (a plus!)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
