We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our office operations, assisting with order processing, and helping maintain smooth communication with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international orders and coordinate global shipping logistics
- Oversee inventory and ensure timely fulfillment from warehouse to customer
- Help coordinate international shipments, including preparing shipping documents and permits
- Maintain accurate records for orders, inventory, and customer files
- Support team members with scheduling, reporting, and other clerical tasks
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Experience in international sales, logistics, or supply chain management
- Familiarity with agricultural products or seed distribution (a plus!)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
