Job Title: Swiss Machinist
Job Description
The Swiss Machinist will be responsible for operating Swiss machines, including Bx, BH Turret, and 327 laser Swiss models, primarily producing orthopedic products such as bone screws. The machinist will monitor parts to ensure they remain within tolerance, working mainly with titanium and occasionally with stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and peek materials.
Responsibilities
- Operate Swiss machines to produce orthopedic products.
- Monitor parts to maintain tolerance levels.
- Make necessary changes to offsets or tools to keep parts in tolerance.
- Perform quality checks on own parts.
- Collaborate with team members for assistance with unfamiliar machines.
Essential Skills
- Blueprint reading
- Experience with CNC Swiss machines
- Deburring
- Quality inspection
- Knowledge of G&M codes
- Tool changes
- Machine offset adjustments
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent experience operating and running CNC Swiss (preferably Tsugami experience).
- Experience with medical parts is a plus but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
