We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team in Greenville, Pennsylvania. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Accounting and Purchasing departments through precise data management and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate and timely entry of accounts payable invoices and purchase orders.
• Audit financial documents such as invoices, statements, and purchase orders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain and update W-9 forms and Certificates of Insurance for vendors.
• Assist with weekly check runs and ensure proper documentation.
• Organize and file correspondence for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
• Monitor subcontractor labor invoice costs to support project tracking.
• Support vendor management processes, including handling lien waivers.
• Collaborate with team members to complete miscellaneous administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
• Utilize knowledge of accounting principles to ensure proper handling of financial transactions.
