Responsibilities

• Assessment of patients referred by Primary Care Provider (PCP) using evidenced based assessment tools.
• Treatment of behavioral health conditions using evidenced based approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and behavioral activation).
• Make treatment recommendations during collaborative care team meetings
  
  Requirements:
• Must have at least 2 years of experience with Children's
• Candidate should speak Spanish- required
• NY State license active

(Hybrid) Visit once a week
