PROJECT MANAGER MISSION: Your mission is to lead the successful execution and completion of site development projects that incorporate a variety of civil scopes using self-perform trades and subcontractors. You are a leader that believes in and lives by our core values. The buck stops with you for all aspects of a project including:
Planning the project Understanding scopes, objectives, and establishing a clearly defined plan to communicate and collaborate on with our team and stakeholders.
Coordinating the project Ensuring all projects have what they need, when they need it, and setting up our team to complete their work safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Tracking the project Creating forecasts, reviewing and approving daily documentation, reporting on budgeted and actual costs, productivity, work in progress, and more.
Communicating with all stakeholders Maintaining clear and professional communication with the field and office teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Position Type: Full Time
Requirements:
- Exceptional skillin managing multiple multi-million-dollar civil site development projects simultaneously.
- Remarkable leadership traits, self-accountability, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Outstanding understandingof and focus on safe work practices and planning, specifically as it relates to our industry.
- Impressive capabilityto work in a team environment.
- Notable expertisein the technical and practical aspects of earthwork and underground utility construction means and methods.
- Superior competencein reading, understanding, and organizing complex project plans, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, and other documents.
- High-level masteryin creating and managing detailed budgets and forecasts for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Advanced aptitudefor interpreting, writing, and negotiating contract terms and change orders.
- Excellent abilityto identify, communicate, and solve project-related issues.
- Strong abilityin creating detailed cost-loaded CPM schedules.
- Proficient useof computers, software, and construction technology.

- Required Proficiency:
- Preferred experience with northern Virginia jurisdictional standards and specifications in Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, VDOT ROW, and surrounding counties.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work and jobsites.
- Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Must be well-qualified and experienced as a Project Manager in civil site development.
- Preferred education background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Compensation:
Salaried position ranging from $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 based on competency and abilities.
Vehicle reimbursement and fuel card.
Accrued paid time off (PTO) at start of employment and paid holidays after 6 months.
