Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on the assembly with large steel parts. The ideal candidate will have prior mechanical assembly experience, be able to read blueprints, and work efficiently on a 1st shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble large steel structures and components according to blueprints and specifications

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Perform quality checks and ensure assembled products meet company standards

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions

• Work with a team to meet production deadlines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols

✅ Requirements:

• Previous mechanical assembly experience is required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Comfortable working with large steel components

• Basic mechanical knowledge and tool-handling skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday

• Full-time, with potential overtime
