Role: Program Specialist
Location: Washington, DC (On-site)
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
Personnel Qualifications:
- Demonstrate a broad range of workforce relations expertise to be able to initiate work.
- Coordinate various programs within Employee relations to include, but not limited to: Student Loan Repayment Program, Leave Programs (Advancements & Leave Without Pay), Telework and Alternative Work Schedule Program and the Awards Program.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field is preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in employee relations, labor relations, leave management, workplace flexibilities, worker’s compensation and employee benefits is required.
