Summary of Position:
The Analyst, Corporate FP&A is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, accounting and financial modeling expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances.
- Conduct financial analysis to aid in evaluation of the company's performance, profitability, and financial health.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to ensure financial goals are met.
- Analyze data and forecast future revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and that help inform actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Support analytical evaluation of investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and business strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Support integration of business processes related to completed investments and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry benchmarks, and financial regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
- Assist in developing financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Prior experience with financial software tools (Anaplan or similar), data visualization tools (PowerBI or similar), and programming language (SQL or similar) encouraged

You report to our Director, Corporate Development.
