Job Title: Catering Sales Manager

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 a year (full-time; salaried, based on experience)

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a client-facing Catering Sales Manager to partner with clients on incoming leads, craft custom proposals, and manage events from first inquiry through final delivery. This is a great role for someone who thrives on customer service, is highly organized, and enjoys being the go-to person for memorable events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored menu proposals that align with the clients’ event needs and budget
• Manage inbound inquiries (email/phone) and guide clients through our gourmet catering offerings
• Coordinate order logistics with kitchen and delivery teams
• Build long-term relationships with repeat corporate clients
• Use catering software to manage leads, client data, and event details
• Support on-site setup and coordination for large-scale events when needed
• Partner with culinary and operations teams to ensure high service standards
Qualifications:
• Experience in catering, hospitality, customer service, or event coordination
• Direct knowledge of catering and/or foodservice highly preferred
• PASSION for delighting clients and putting customer satisfaction first
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client timelines and priorities
• Positive, professional demeanor with a team-first attitude
