** Now Hiring ** Druk Auto, LLC. Classic car dealer in Ramsey, MN looking for a motivated person to help run the Office Administration Manager / Bookkeeper. Family owned and operated business.
The job duties will include: Entering invoices and payments, updating Quick Books, payroll & unemployment , Bank reconciling, completing title applications, mailing documents, processing misc. paperwork, assist with all paperwork for all sales and purchases, phone calls, duties as assigned.
Must have valid drivers license and be reliable. Experience preferred. $21 - $24/hour..
Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm (hours can be flexible) Some Saturdays if needed.
Experience in Quick Books is required.

Office Manager
Duties:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including technical accounting, account reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist with budgeting process, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate and schedule transport for vehicles.
- Maintain confidential employee records and assist with HR-related tasks as needed.
- Assisting with the buying (contacting seller, verifying information, flooring vehicles)
- Assisting the selling (if needed, send out DocuSign, wire information, ect)
Experience:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. QuickBooks Experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
