This role involves re-engaging clients, collecting and submitting required documentation, maintaining accurate records, and providing ongoing support to ensure program compliance and client success. Responsibilities:
- Recruit and re-enroll clients into a work program.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients following re-enrollment.
- Collect and organize required documentation from clients on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all paperwork to meet program requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the re-enrollment process.
- Monitor client progress and address any concerns or questions as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and update them regularly.
• Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
