A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an educational setting located in Newberry Springs, CA, with an additional opening in Yermo, CA. Key Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Experience working in school environments and pediatric healthcare settings
• Ability to deliver teletherapy services is a plus, although this role is in person only
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) or relevant experience
• Strong communication and assessment skills tailored to child development
• Commitment to individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for school-age children
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with various communication disorders
• Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation in compliance with school and healthcare standards
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary interventions

Location: Newberry Springs, CA and Yermo, CA (position in Yermo is for in-person services)
