Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time Occupational Therapist position is available to support K-12 students with specialized OT services. This role, ideally onsite, focuses on enhancing fine motor skills and providing teletherapy and home health interventions. Located in Dayton, OR, with service extending to the Beaverton, OR area, this contract opportunity runs through the school year (CSY) on a flexible 0.2-0.4 FTE schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored for school-aged children
- Provide teletherapy and home health OT services as needed
- Support development of fine motor and functional skills in students
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards for school-based services
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid OT licensure with qualifications applicable for school settings
- Experience servicing K-12 populations in schools, healthcare, or home health environments
- Skilled in fine motor skills development and teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
