Our organization is looking for a skilled Gastroenterologist to become part of a collaborative team located just outside St. Louis, Missouri. This position offers a convenient commute from the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become a member of an established practice with mentorship opportunities available.
• Perform 3-4 days of procedures weekly.
• Once settled, maintain a clinic schedule of as few as 3 days per month. Current physicians report, "I've never had to go find patients; I have always been as full as I want to be."
• Work with an efficient support team averaging 12-16 procedures daily.
• Utilize EMR-EPIC and AI Scribe technology.
• Experience minimal turnover among support staff.

Compensation Package:

• Two-year income guarantee of $750,000.
• Signing bonus of $100,000.
• Assistance with student loan repayment.

• Initial compensation package exceeding $860,000.
