We are a fast-paced commercial construction, development, leasing, and property management company seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a front-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain office supplies and organization of common areas
• Provide administrative support to staff, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Communicate directly with the company owner regarding emails and correspondence
• Keep the owner’s calendar updated and provide reminders for appointments and meetings
• Assist with typing proposals and business letters
• Manage service requests from tenants or vendors
• Post items for sale online and ensure listings are current
• Support property management and construction teams with clerical tasks
• Perform various other miscellaneous office and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)
• Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
