Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a dedicated School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting in Minneapolis, MN. You will provide essential psychological services within a contract role lasting through the current school year, with a potential extension beyond January 16, 2026. This position involves working directly with students in Setting 3 and Setting 4 environments, supporting a caseload of 30-45 children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for diverse students across K-12.
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to student needs, specifically for Setting 3 and 4 students.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student development and well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and service plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school district policies.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those in Settings 3 and 4.
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and educational professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Details:
- Location: Minneapolis, MN, South Education Center (SEC).
- Employment Type: Contract, Current School Year (CSY).
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Caseload: 30-45 students.
- This position is not suitable for Voice-to-Voice (Voco) services due to the nature of Setting 4 student needs.
