We are looking for a dynamite and professional Customer Service Rep that is ready to bring their best skills and energy to our team in the homebuilding industry!
Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) and One Saturday a month (9am-2pm)
Paystartingat $40k annually,experience is taken into consideration on salary.
Eligible for bonuses, benefits, and phone allowances.
Customer Service Representative
- Full Time, 40 hours
- Position is available immediately
- Some previous experience in customer service and in a home construction environment is preferred
- Bilingual preferred

- Eligible for bonuses and other incentives (hiring manager to explain).
The primary role would be speaking with recent home buyers and helping to fulfill service requests which include:
- Answering phone
- Responding to email
- Send service requests to vendors
- Follow up on requests
- Schedule service technicians for services
- Communicate with homeowners on the status of their service requests
- Update system to reflect status of service request
- Generate and track warranty reports
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and attention to details
